- 500g of frozen berries of your choice
- 1 cup of water
- 1½ sachets of stevia or to taste
- Place all the frozen berries and water in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add stevia and blend.
- Pour into muffin tray lined with baking paper and evenly distribute.
- Place in the freezer to serve later.
