Description: Kudzu assists in maintaining healthy female hormonal balance during menopause due to its isoflavonoid content. It helps to reduce the occurrence of menopausal symptoms including hot flushes, mood swings and aggression or irritability.
Name: Actaea racemosa (Black cohosh)
Description: Black cohosh contains phytoestrogenic properties which may help to relieve symptoms of menopause and also reduce their occurrence. It helps to decrease night sweats associated with menopause and helps to relieve sleeplessness, disturbed and/or restless sleep which is common in perimenopausal women.
