Name: Crateva magna (Varuna)
Description: Crateva magna is an important medicinal plant, native to India and Bangladesh it is widely used in India and sub-tropical and tropical parts of the world. Name: Curcubita pepo seed (Pumpkin Seed)
Description: Curcubita pepo is native to America, originating from north-eastern Mexico and Texas where it has been cultivated for thousands of years. Native Americans dried strips of the fruit and used them for weaving as well as a food source. The seeds are rich in essential highly unsaturated fatty acids, phytosterols, antioxidants and minerals such as iron, zinc, magnesium, not to mention many other nutrients.
