Sugar Detox Recipe: Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (or ½ vanilla bean pod)
  • 20 blueberries

Method:

  1. Stir milk, chia seeds and vanilla together
  2. Pour evenly between two glasses
  3. Refrigerate for 20 mins
  4. Top with blueberries

Serves 2
