Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (or ½ vanilla bean pod)
- 20 blueberries
Method:
- Stir milk, chia seeds and vanilla together
- Pour evenly between two glasses
- Refrigerate for 20 mins
- Top with blueberries
