Ingredients: 125g Salmon 100g zucchini (grated into thin strips) Lemon Dill (handful) 1 teaspoon sesame seeds Olive oil spray 1 tablespoon olive oil Method: Lightly spray pan with olive oil spray. Grill salmon until half cooked and flip and cook through. In a separate pan heat olive oil and add zucchini strips, cook for 3 minutes over high heat or until cooked through. Serve the salmon on top of the zucchini noodles, sprinkle with sesame seeds, dill and lemon. Serves 1
