Sugar Detox Recipe: Grilled Salmon and Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 125g Salmon
  • 100g zucchini (grated into thin strips)
  • Lemon
  • Dill (handful)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method:

  1. Lightly spray pan with olive oil spray.
  2. Grill salmon until half cooked and flip and cook through.
  3. In a separate pan heat olive oil and add zucchini strips, cook for 3 minutes over high heat or until cooked through.
  4. Serve the salmon on top of the zucchini noodles, sprinkle with sesame seeds, dill and lemon.
