Name: Vitamin C

Description: Vitamin C supports the immune system to fight illness and helps to maintain healthy immune system function. It also helps to support collagen formation and skin health, helping with wound repair.
Vitamin C assists in the production of connective tissues and can help to support the health of cartilage, bones and teeth. It also helps to provide support for healthy gums.  
Vitamin C is also involved in the metabolism of various nutrients in the body including iron, folic acid and proteins. 

 

Name: Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3)

Description: Vitamin D helps support the immune system and maintain healthy immune system function, it also helps support cardiovascular system health and heart and muscle health.

Vitamin D3 is required for the proper mineralisation of bones as it assists with the absorption and metabolism of calcium into the bones, promoting bone mineral density and healthy bone mass.
 

Name: Zinc

Description: Zinc is a biologically essential trace nutrient and the second most abundant mineral in the body, it also helps to reduce free radical damage to body cells.

Zinc  plays a role in immune system health and function, while also supporting the immune system to fight illness.

Zinc supports skin health via it's ability to help enhance the healing of skin wounds, cuts and abrasions, and reduce the symptoms of acne and pimples. Zinc is also involved in the maintenance of healthy reproductive hormones and reproductive system health.
