Caruso’s King Krill 1000® is a convenient source of Omega-3 Fatty Acids, providing 1000mg of Krill Oil in each capsule. Krill Oil is extracted from the Antarctic Krill species Euphausia superba which is a rich source of Omega-3 Fatty Acids.

The Omega-3 Fatty Acids EPA and DHA support healthy functioning of the cardiovascular system, nervous system health, cognitive function, healthy neurotransmission, general mental wellbeing and brain health.

Name: Euphausia superba oil (Krill Oil)

Description: Krill Oil known as Antarctic Krill or Euphausia superba are shrimp like crustaceans found in the Antarctic Southern Ocean. Like Fish Oil, Krill Oil is a source of EPA and DHA. However, the Omega-3 Essential Fatty Acids in Krill Oil are bound to phospholipids making their dose requirements conveniently much lower than fish oil. Krill Oil is both water and lipid soluble so it dissolves in your stomach and does not cause the fishy aftertaste which is common with most marine oils.
