Description: Bacopa monnieri, also commonly known as Brahmi is a herb which has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic Medicine as a 'Medhya', which is a brain tonic that helps to improve memory and cognition. It was also used traditionally as a nerve tonic, to nourish the nervous system and in Traditional Chinese Medicine to nourish the brain. Brahmi helps to support nervous system health and functions while maintaining general mental wellbeing. 

 

Name: Ginkgo biloba (Ginkgo) 

Description: Ginkgo biloba, or simply referred to as Ginkgo is a herb which supports cognitive development, function and mental performances. Ginkgo improves cognitive performances, information processing and other learning abilities by supporting mental concentration, focus and clarity. Gingko biloba promotes memory recall and increases short-term memory. Additionally, Ginkgo has actions in supporting healthy blood circulation and also blood flow to the peripheral areas of the body, including the hands, feet and legs.
