A. If you are taking hypoglycaemic drugs or insulin, we recommend that blood glucose levels be monitored when using Caruso's Quick Cleanse® Internal Cleansing Detox Program. Please take any complementary medicine at least 2 hours away from pharmaceutical medication. We advise you stop taking your vitamin and herbal supplements while on Caruso's Quick Cleanse® Internal Cleansing Detox Program. Throughout the detox, your body will go through what we call a “natural detoxification phase” where some of your supplements may be naturally eliminated throughout this process.

Q. How long can I stay on Quick Cleanse® Internal Cleansing Detox Program?

A. The Quick Cleanse® Internal Cleansing Detox Program kit has been designed with 2 variations of duration, 7-days and 15-days. The Internal Cleansing Detox Program can be used for a maximum of 30 days in one period of time and may be repeated every 3-6 months ensuring a minimum of 2 week break in-between, depending on the individual.
