Description: Arnica montana, simply known as Arnica is a flowering plant that belongs to the Asteraceae family and is native to Europe, growing at high altitudes, usually found on mountain slopes. Arnica generally bears one to three large, bright yellow flowers per stem.

The benefits of Arnica include its traditional uses in Western Herbal Medicine, to relieve mild joint aches and pains, symptoms of muscle injuries and ailments, along with relieving bruise pain.


Name: Magnesium (From Magnesium chloride hexahydrate)

Description: Magnesium is a co factor involved in more than 300 enzyme systems, regulating a diverse range of biochemical reactions in the body. It can be found in both plant and animal food sources, such as green vegetables, wholegrains, legumes, seafoods and shellfish.

Research has shown that the transdermal (topical application) of Magnesium, can support the levels of Magnesium in the body.
