It has been traditionally used in Western Herbal medicine as a soporific to help induce sleep and also as a calmative which helps to relax the nervous system.

Name: Withania (KSM-66 Ashwagandha®)

Description: KSM-66 Ashwagandha® is a certified organic herbal extract of Withania somnifera. Withania has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic Medicine as an adaptogenic herb which is beneficial during times of stress and used to support nervous system health.

Name: Chamomile

Description: Chamomile has been traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine as a calmative agent and nervous system relaxant, used to induce sleep while reducing restlessness and sleeplessness. Chamomile promotes relaxation and helps to soothe and calm the nerves.
