Description: Turmeric is a herb with a long history of traditional use in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine. It has been used to help support joint health by decreasing mild joint inflammation and swelling that can be commonly associated with mild osteoarthritis. It may also help to support joint mobility and flexibility. Turmeric also has antioxidant properties, which may help to reduce free radical oxidative damage.

Name: Perna canaliculus (Green Lipped Mussel)

Description: Green Lipped Mussel is rich in Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids and naturally occurring in vitamins and minerals. It is Native to and sourced from the pristine waters off New Zealand. Green Lipped Mussel has anti-inflammatory properties, which may help to reduce joint inflammation associated with mild osteoarthritis.
