Name: Frangula purshiana bark (Cascara)

Description: Cascara triggers a natural intestinal muscular movement called "peristalsis". This allows for waste to naturally move through the bowels and helps to relieve constipation. It also helps to soften the stool resulting in easier defecation.

Name: Calendula offiinalis (Calendula)

Description: Calendula has traditionally been used to help relieve abdominal discomfort associated with indigestion.

Q. Can children take Caruso's Bowel Clear®?

A. Caruso's Bowel Clear® is not suitable for use by children under the age of 18 years. For further advice, please consult your health professional.

Q. How long can I stay on Caruso's Bowel Clear®?

A. We recommend that you do not stay on Caruso's Bowel Clear® for more than 30 days without having a break. Take 2-4 weeks break before continuing.

Q. Do I have to drink a lot of water?

A. We recommend that you drink at least 1.5L of water each day. Dehydration may lead to constipation as water helps to move the stool through the bowel.
