The fruit contains naturally occurring antioxidant compounds-Vitexin-2-O-rhamnoside, which provides antioxidant support to help reduce free radicals formed in the body and decrease free radical damage to body cells. Caruso’s Hawthorn contains a concentrated extract equivalent to 3.2 g (3,200 mg) of dry Hawthorn fruit, standardised to contain 16 mg of Vitexin-2-O-rhamnoside, standardisation helps ensure a consistent potency of key active compound in every dose.
