Name: Andrographis paniculata

Description: Andrographis has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to helpreduce excess chest phlegm and coughs, and to relieve the symptoms of common colds and flu. Andrographis helps to relieve up to 8 symptoms of the common cold and flu such as headache, throat inflammation, cough, runny nose, bronchial mucous, fever, fatigue and can also help with sleeplessness associated with the common cold and flu.

Name: Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi mushroom)

Description: Reishi mushroom (or Lingzhi) has traditionally been used in Chinese Medicine as a restorative tonic to aid recovery from illness.

Name: Vitamin C

Description: Vitamin C helps support the health and function of the immune system by stimulating a healthy immune repsonse and providing antioxidant support to body cells.

Name: Zinc

Description: Zinc is involved in immune defence by providing support for a healthy immune repsonse and supporting the function of the immune system.
