Description: Kudzu assists in menopause due to its isoflavonoid content. It helps to reduce the occurrence of menopausal symptoms including hot flushes and night sweats.

Description: Black cohosh contains phytoestrogenic properties which may help to relieve symptoms of menopause and also reduce their occurrence.
