Name: Pueraria lobata (Kudzu)

Description: Kudzu assists in menopause due to its isoflavonoid content. It helps to reduce the occurrence of menopausal symptoms including hot flushes and night sweats.  

Name: Actaea racemosa (Black cohosh)

Description: Black cohosh contains phytoestrogenic properties which may help to relieve symptoms of menopause and also reduce their occurrence. It also helps to decrease night sweats and hot flushes associated with menopause.

Name: Vitex agnus-castus (Vitex)

Description: Vitex aids in reducing the occurrence of symptoms of menopause such as hot flushes and night sweats. 

Name: Colecalciferol (Vitamin D)

Description: Vitamin D is involved in the absorption of calcium in bones. It therefore may help to maintain healthy bone density and mineralisation. Vitamin D plays an important role by supporting calcium absorption, as a diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis in later life.
