Description: Viburnum opulus also known as Cramp Bark is a fast growing deciduous shrub. It is common in natural habitats on the European continent and in some regions of North Africa and North Asia.

Cramp Bark has been used in traditional Western Herbal Medicine to relieve menstrual cramps, spasms and dysmenorrhoea (menstruation pain).
