Directions for use:

Adults and children over the age of 12: Place spray nozzle into mouth and spray 6 times. Use 3 times a day (maximum 18 sprays per day) during times of stress and/or mild anxiety or as advised by your healthcare professional.

Description: Melissa officinalis is a herb which has been traditionally used in European Herbal Medicine for its effects in reducing nervous tension, unrest and sleeplessness. Melissa officinalis, which is more commonly known as Lemon balm, is a herb with actions in soothing the nerves and calming the mind which help to support a healthy emotional balance and mood. Lemon balm reduces the occurrence of symptoms of mild anxiety and also supports the body in its ability to cope with  environmental stress. Lemon balm improves memory and mental recall, it enhances alertness and wakefulness and also helps to support concentration, focus and clarity. Lemon balm assists with the maintenance of healthy sleeping patterns and relieves disturbed and/or restless sleep.
