Description: Arnica has a long history of use for medicinal purposes, dating back as far as the middle ages. Part of the sunflower family, the Arnica flower is bright orange to sunny yellow in colour with a characteristic perfume. Arnica may help to relieve mild joint aches and muscle pain.
