Caruso’s Women’s Super Multi features a combination of B-Vitamins including B1, B2, Nicotinamide, B5, B6, B12, Biotin and Folic Acid.

Biotin maintains skin and hair health, and when dietary intake is inadequate it supports nail health, strength and thickness.

Thiamine (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Nicotinamide and Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) support energy production, while Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) maintains energy levels.

Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) supports red blood cell health and assists in the production of healthy red blood cells, plus supports nervous system health and function.
