Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit – peeled and chopped
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup raspberries
- 3-4 large strawberries – chopped
- 1 x 200g tubs of
- coconut yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon LSA
- Dash of cinnamon
