  • 1 grapefruit – peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 3-4 large strawberries – chopped
  • 1 x 200g tubs of
  • coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon LSA
  • Dash of cinnamon



  • Mix all fruits into a bowl and top with yoghurt, LSA and cinnamon
