- 1/3 - 1/2 tsp Spirulina
- 1/2 tsp Slippery Elm Powder
- 1/4 Almond Milk
- 1/4 Coconut Water
- 1tsp maple syrup (optional)

- 3 Slices of dragon fruit
- Cashews
- Sunflower Seeds
- Almonds
- Coconut
- Hemp Seeds
