Sugar Detox Recipe: Plain Yoghurt with Raw Nuts and Fruit

Ingredients:

  • 50g of plain full milk yoghurt
  • ½ a cup of fruit of your choice

Method:

  1. Combine yogurt, and fruit of your choice
  2. Crush nuts and mix well

Serves 1

Notes: Nuts optional
