Sugar Detox Recipe: Strawberry Bars
Ingredients:
- 3 fresh strawberries
- ¼ cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tablespoons of coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 sachet of stevia
Method:
- Blend all ingredients together using a food processor or handheld blender
- Shape the dough into 4 bars
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Makes 4 bars
Notes: On warmer days place them in the freezer for a cool treat
