Sugar Detox Recipe: Strawberry Bars

Ingredients:

  • 3 fresh strawberries
  • ¼ cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 sachet of stevia

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients together using a food processor or handheld blender
  2. Shape the dough into 4 bars
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes

Makes 4 bars

Notes: On warmer days place them in the freezer for a cool treat
